Steven Newland is a Commercial Seaplane Pilot with over 20 years and 4000+ hours flying seaplanes, along with over 25 years of flying experience. He has flown around New Zealand and Australia in many different and unique aircraft. 

Originally he from the small town of Thames in the Coromandel Peninsula, New Zealand. He is now the General Manager and Chief Floatplane Pilot for Volcanic Air in Rotorua, New Zealand
